Memorables Designs, promise to deliver quality balloons to my clients from the best brands in the market. Memorables Designs will never use low-quality balloons from department stores. Our latex balloons are made from natural latex — non-plastic, 100% biodegradable, and made in the U.S.A. Please complete the Custom Installation Questionnaire with your deposit form. Once you have completed this form, please tick the box below and submit your form. Any area marked with an * is a required field. Memorables Designs is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. Memorables Designs uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup. You will receive a payment and schedule e-mail confirmation. Thank you for your business!

Custom Balloons: Installation Deposit

To secure your event date and time, a $200 deposit is required. The deposit total, including sales tax, is $212. Once a time slot is selected, it will hold your reservation. Specific delivery and installation times will be confirmed the week of your event based on your event start time. The remaining balance will be invoiced after we finalize the details of your custom balloon decor. By proceeding, you acknowledge our minimum order requirement of $500 for balloon designs.


Terms & Conditions

Deposits for booking are non-refundable. By paying the deposit, you agree to pay the remaining balance for your custom balloon installation as well as any applicable delivery and installation fees. Full payment is required one week prior to the event date. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your booking. If you need to reschedule your booking, please do so at least one week before your event date. Your deposit can be applied to a future booking. Cancellations made less than one week before the event date are not eligible for rescheduling, and deposits remain non-refundable.
